Happy Friday friends. I hope your week went fast and you are ready to start the weekend. I want to share a quick post on two looks with the popular leopard print that I am loving right now. It’s fun and adds character to your wardrobe. There are so many variations of the leopard print that the sky literally is the limit on how you can style it. And that makes me super happy, because I love, love, love leopard print and plan to wear it a lot this fall and winter. Consider yourself warned! ?
Shoes: Nordstrom | Shirt: Nordstrom | Purse: Macys | Earrings: Amazon
I love to style the leopard print with jeans and the color black. Especially when the leopard print is made with darker hues. These shoes are from the Nordstrom anniversary sale. They have been on back order and I just received them this week. They are comfortable and I know I will be wearing them on repeat this fall and winter. Leopard print is bold, so keeping it to accessories alone, or even one piece in your outfit allows it to shine, but not overpower. Sort of the ‘less is more’ theory.
The second look is a lighter look with this tan scarf styled with white. The scarf is from H&M, and was very affordable. It’s a blanket scarf, but made of lightweight material, so it adds color, but doesn’t make you too hot when the temperature is still in the 90’s. #texasheat
Scarf: H&M-similar | Shoes: Sam Edelman | White jeans: Macy’s | White shirt: Macy’s
I was drawn to the light colors of tan with just a little bit of brown and white in this scarf and I quickly found myself pairing it with white and taupe accessories. I also really like this scarf too, and it’s selling at a great price. I talked about my love for white denim on a previous post. I have been wearing these mule sandals with everything from shorts to pants to dresses. I like that they cover most of my foot, which keeps my feet warm in cooler temperatures. And nothing beats a slip-on-and-go shoe. #impatientmuch?
I hope Friday treats you well and you find some leopard print to wear soon. You won’t regret it, I promise!
Thanks for spending a little of your time with me. xoxo – Monica
