Hello friends and hello midweek! I hope your finding yourself in good spirits these days with all the Christmas lights, delicious food and the hustle and bustle of the season. I have definitely found myself feeling more cheerful, despite Covid-19 woes. We have had some nice weather lately, allowing for afternoon walks — which also makes me happy. I’ll take 70 degree days in December any time. #amiright

Today’s post is bringing you some gift ideas for the makeup lover. I am a makeup lover from wayyy back. It all started in high school and I still haven’t outgrown trying new cosmetics. I am sharing some of my favorites, and some that are on my wish list. If you have a beauty lover on your list, you will find some beauty finds that are sure to please on Christmas morning.

Tarte is one of my favorite makeup lines. It’s a cruelty free, vegan friendly and is formulated without parabens, mineral oil, phthalates etc. Additionally, they have some holiday specials, many of which are 50% off. Whether you’re looking for an eye palette, or gift set, you’re sure to find something for that makeup lover. PS: This lip gloss set feels luxurious and adds just a hint of color.
Below are some of my Sephora picks that make wonderful gifts for the makeup lover. Many of them are on my wish list too. Sephora holiday gift sets are sure to please. There is something for every price point, and right now, you can save if you’re a Sephora Insider. Sephora has lots of stocking stuffer ideas, even for those not so crazy about makeup. If you are looking for fragrances, Sephora has you covered in that department too. Perfumes and colognes also make nice presents. You won’t have to worry about size or style and most everyone enjoys them. This is one of my favorite fragrances, that I wear repeatedly.
You’ll find some of my favorites below. I use this CC cream for daily makeup. It has sunscreen, so I know my skin is protected from the sun all day. This mascara is a favorite. I use it with the primer for full and longer looking lashes. This lip color is a beautiful pink shade and is very moisturizing to the lips. Additionally, it has hyaluronic acid for moisture and it’s a gloss with color that stays. I get compliments on it every time I wear it. You can’t go wrong with Charlotte Tilbury lip and liner set. This set is a nice pinky-nude color. Also, I recently discovered Becca hydrating powder. While it helps set your makeup, it isn’t drying, which is kind of magical for a powder, if you ask me.
